After a day and half in Honolulu, I ventured out on a circuit around the island, heading east past Diamond Head, then up the eastern shore to the northern shore, and back through the center of the island. This worked out well. Here is “Uncle Bobo’s”, another local tradition, very casual and very good.

I also got fresh cut Pineapple at road-side stands :-)
