It’s popular to watch the sunset from the rim of the caldera. On my arrival on the ferry, the sun was just setting behind me, and I thought I had missed one of my opportunities. But taking a taxi to my hotel, we drove up the rim from the harbor, and the sun ‘rose’ again behind me, and I was able to watch it a second time! See later on for the best sunset of my stay.
