You can get Chocolate Croissants this good at Erik Kayser in New York City if you’re up there, but here’s a tip: the ones at LIDL locally are just as good and cost 1/3 as much! And the ones at Whole Foods are also just as good and cost about 1/2 as much. The ones at Roggenart Bakery (Columbia and Germantown) are good too, but are ‘full price’. These three are the only ones I have found in this area that I recommend.
