This was one of my lesser known major objectives, having seen it in a sort of music video in the movie “Young Einstein”. It’s not all that far inland to the west of Sydney and is very popular. Note weekend traffic can be very bad.
The mountain on the right in the distance is bigger than the famous Ayers Rock (Uluru) in the outback, which I did not see.
